THE INTERSECTION OF SPORTS AND SCIENCE

Our sport-specific, individualized programming is designed specifically for athletes preparing for the upcoming season, gaining an advantage in the off-season and keeping their skills sharp during the season. Our programs push athletes hard and make them faster, stronger and more agile than they ever thought possible.

Athletic Republic delivers on-field success through scientifically-based performance training protocols that help athletes learn to move better, get faster, stronger and more powerful, while tailoring their conditioning in the best possible manner for their sport. The training tools and programs are designed to take the athlete just beyond his/her ground based training limitations so the brain learns to send stronger, more precise signals to the muscles. All Athletic Republic packages and programs are specifically designed to enhance each participant’s overall athleticism by increasing their speed, explosiveness, balance, strength and foot-quickness. Average performance improvements athletes achieve through Athletic Republic training:

SPEED, STRENGTH and AGILITY TRAINING

These are group sessions based on age appropriate programming. Appointments are required with class size ranging between 6-10 athletes per session. Please see the schedule below. Please arrive 10-minutes before the session begins.

JUNIOR REPUBLIC

Recommended for athletes ages 8-11

Introduction of proper movement skills including running mechanics and jumping/landing technique. Strength training will consist of body weight exercises only. Recommended for all new athletes 8-11 in age, 2-3 times per week. Sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes and will range in size between 8-10 athletes.

A baseline assessment (pre-test) is required prior to an athlete joining their first session.  Call today to schedule a FREE assessment (a $50 value)! A final assessment (post-test) will be administered during the last session.  We will compare the two assessments to show you the progress your athlete has made!

ADVANCED REPUBLIC

Recommended for athletes ages 12-16+

Focus on refining proper movement skills including running mechanics and jumping/landing technique. Strength training will consist of bodyweight exercises and limited plyo-press, pro multi-hip, upper body and core. Recommended for any athletes 12-16+ in age. Sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes and will have a maximum of 6 athletes.

A baseline assessment (pre-test) is required prior to an athlete joining their first session. Call today to schedule a FREE assessment (a $50 value)!  A final assessment (post-test) will be administered during the last session. We will compare the two assessments to show you the progress your athlete has made!

CANCELLATION POLICY: CLIENT MUST CANCEL APPOINTMENT BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS OF PREVIOUS DAY. A CHARGE OF $10 MAY BE ASSESSED IF APPOINTMENT IS NOT CANCELLED IN THIS MANNER.

ACCELERATION TRAINING

Focus on proper movement skills including running mechanics and jumping/landing technique. Program will include plyometrics, super treadmill, and ground based running, strength training along with a pre and post-test. Strength training will be age appropriate and sport specific with a focus on core strength. Recommended for all athletes ages 8-16+. Sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes. Appointments are required with each session including no more than 6 athletes at a time. Please see the schedule listed below. Please arrive 10-minutes before the session begins.

A baseline assessment (pre-test) will be administered during the first session and a final assessment (post-test) will be administered during the last session. We will compare the two assessments to show you the progress your athlete has made!
